Happy New Year

It has been a busy year for us, but a good year. The family have kept well and are in good spirits and our on line cutlery and catering business is growing and thriving.

I have made my resolutions but will begin in about a week. One of them is to eat healthily but not until my freezer is emptied of all the stuff I made before Christmas.

I treated myself to three new cookery books. One is for healthy food, one is for fast recipes and one is for meals on a budget. Just about got it all covered there.
