Meal Planning For the Week including Vegetarian Food

Planning this week's meals and trying to eat more vegetarian type meals.
Sunday:
Chicken, stuffing, cabbage, broccoli, potatoes,
Banana and custard
Monday:
Braised chicken with sweet potato and pumpkin.
Trifle without the cream
Braised chicken with pumpkin and sweet potato

Wednesday:
Thai spiced vegetables.  Brown rice.

Home made yogurt with black forest fruits
Thursday:
Leeks and cheese sauce bacon tomatoes peas
home made rice pudding
Friday:
Tuna with cous cous and salad
Baked pears and ginger
pears with ginger

Saturday: (whole family after the football match. All cold and hungry. Seven people in all)
Vegetable and lentil soup, home made wholemeal bread, home made cider apple bread,  Tomato, spinach and red onion tortilla, red cabbage and with pears.Lentil Gratin. Red cabbage with pears and red wine vinegar.

Home made yogurt with black forest fruits (made by grandaughter), home made fruit loaf (made by grandson), Chocolate gateaux (purchased!)

The pears and ginger sound good, is that flaked almonds on the too?

I am very impressed with all those desserts! Also the veg additions inspired me, I am always trying to include more fish/veggie ideas.

Yes there are flaked almonds on there.Dead easy to make and very tasty.
